Two campaigns. One purpose.
Twin City Veterans Bridge is a North Carolina nonprofit corporation in Winston-Salem, incorporated June 8, 2026. Our 501(c)(3) application was submitted to the IRS on June 23, 2026 and is pending determination. Upon approval, tax-exempt status will be recognized as effective from our date of incorporation. We are licensed to solicit charitable contributions in North Carolina under License No. SL017792.
Bring them home
Winston-Salem does not yet have a dedicated program to recruit transitioning senior officers and senior NCOs into this community. Twin City Veterans Bridge is building one. The 2027 Transition Program will walk veterans and their spouses from final formation to first opportunity here, and introduce the city's business leaders to the depth of talent senior military service produces.
Every dollar raised now funds the program directly: venue, logistics, curriculum, and the staffing it takes to do this right the first time.

Drive the mission forward
The Silver Bullet does not move without something to pull it. Since 1979, a black International Scout II has been that vehicle. In 2027 it hands off to the next generation, a Scout Motors Traveler in Twin City Veterans Bridge livery, built to tow the trailer to every event, campus, and neighborhood we serve across Winston-Salem.

Give toward the ScoutContributions support the operational capacity of Twin City Veterans Bridge and its wholly owned subsidiary TCVB Mobile, LLC, which operates as Twin City Silver Bullet and employs veterans in transitional housing through Veterans Helping Veterans Heal.
One organization does the asking
All charitable solicitation runs under Twin City Veterans Bridge. Twin City Silver Bullet, our mobile coffee and ice cream service, never solicits in its own name. It earns revenue, employs veterans, and sends its proceeds back to the mission.
Veterans Helping Veterans Heal is a transitional housing program of North Carolina Housing Foundation, Inc., which operates as ANCHOR, with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as its largest funder through the Homeless Providers Grant and Per Diem program. Every graduate of our program completes a service requirement alongside VHVH.
